Flexibility & Policies

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to offer flexibility to accommodate your needs. However, to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all students, please review our cancellation and refund policies:

• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours beforethe scheduled class time.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hoursprior to the class will result in the loss of that session, and the hour cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• Rescheduling:
  • Cancellations made more than 12 hoursin advance are eligible for rescheduling, which must occur before the end date of your course.
• Refunds:
  • Refunds are not provided after completing two-thirds (2/3)of the course duration.
  • For cancellations made before this point, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, excluding the cost of any sessions already attended or used.
